Yup, we made a trip down to Florida! One of my bestest high school girls (aka chill girls) planned a beautiful, fun wedding and we made a long weekend of it! It was such a great time. Here are a few stories & photos!
Well, the first day had to be the longest day ever...in a good way! We got up super early & headed to the airport, then a few hours later landed in Florida. We were in long sleeves & pants because it was chilly at home especially early in the morning...when we stepped out of the airport, we knew we were no longer at home...it was 90 degrees & HUMID! Graham was a trooper on the plane & got to eat McDonald's for the first time ever! What do they put in their chicken nuggets & fries to make kids love it SO much? Then, we enjoyed fun times with the Bride & Groom in their beautiful home with friends, family & the cutest dog ever, Annabelle!

On Friday, Graham slept until 8am...YES....can you believe it? We pulled him into bed with us about 6 am, so we know this boy can sleep in when he wants to. Then we headed to the pool & beach to soak up some of this sunshine. Graham couldn't get enough of the pools & loved chasing the birdies on the beach!

Nana & Papa came too! Yes, we got to spend the weekend with them! It was awesome! Graham learned to say Papa, however it kinda comes out "Pop Pop". Nana & Papa got some extra quality time (QT) with G while Momma & Dadda went out! It's so fun to get dressed up!

The next day was a beautiful luncheon and all the high school girls were together!

The wedding was SUPER fun, as mentioned before

-Graham & Audrey enjoyed the cheese & crackers that they helped themselves to off the table during cocktail hour (Dadda even made Graham a "mocktail" out of some various juices)!

-we enjoyed a lovely dinner
-then, we danced, danced, danced...

Sunday was a super long play date with the cutest girls - Audrey & Izzie - we got to play at the beach/pool, then back at the playground...share dinner & a bath...
Another super early flight on Monday led us to the airport in our packed minivan (yes, minivan...we rented a compact car...and somehow got a minivan...there was nothing "mini" about it). We really put this minivan to the test & should be on a commercial. We had 3 kids in car seats, 4 adults, 2 strollers, 4 suitcases, 2 diaper bags & 2 backpacks! It was PACKED!
