My Old Kentucky Home

We went to Lexington, KY this past weekend (my birthplace) to visit friends and family! It was such a great trip (Eric's first to Lex)! Friday night we went to some of Mom & Dad's old hangouts - dinner at Charlie Browns & a drink at the Chevy Chase Inn!

On Saturday, it was off to the races! We went to Keeneland to enjoy some horse racing - what a fun filled day! We didn't win big...but who does on $2 bets? The boys enjoyed some ice cold beer, while "Baby" & I warmed up with some Hot Chocolate. Check out the proper way to drink your beer while at the races...

Sunday we had an enjoyable visit with Uncle Jeff, Aunt Rhonda, Alyssa and Ryan! Happy Birthday Ryan! Great to see you guys!
